Welcome to Shaiv Shakti Tourism By booking any tour, trek, or yatra with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- Booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
- Full payment must be made before the tour start date.
- Booking amount is non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
2. Payment Policy
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or approved online payment gateways.
- Any additional charges (GST, permit fees, entry fees) must be paid separately if applicable.
- Prices may change without prior notice due to government rules, fuel costs, or operational reasons.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges depend on the date of cancellation.
- Permit fees, hotel charges, transport bookings, and government taxes are non-refundable.
- No refund will be provided for unused services or early departure from the tour.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
4. Yatra / Trek Conditions
- All yatras and treks are subject to weather conditions, road status, and government permissions.
- The company reserves the right to modify, cancel, or postpone the itinerary for safety reasons.
- Guests must follow instructions of tour leaders, guides, and local authorities.
5. Health & Fitness
- Guests must be medically fit for high-altitude travel or trekking.
- The company is not responsible for any health issues, injuries, or altitude-related problems.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
6. Documents & Permits
- Guests must carry valid ID proof (Aadhaar/Passport) during the journey.
- The company is not responsible for permit rejection due to incorrect or incomplete documents.
- Any loss or misuse of personal documents is the guest’s responsibility.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- [Your Travel Company Name] acts only as a facilitator for hotels, transport, and local services.
- We are not liable for delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, political issues, or acts of God.
- The company is not responsible for loss of baggage, valuables, or personal belongings.
8. Accommodation & Transport
- Hotels and vehicles are provided as per availability.
- Rooms are allotted on a sharing basis unless otherwise specified.
- Vehicle changes may occur due to road conditions or group size.
9. Code of Conduct
- Guests must respect local culture, environment, and religious places.
- Alcohol, drugs, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited during the tour.
- Any misbehavior may result in immediate termination of the tour without refund.
10. Photography & Media
- The company may use tour photos/videos for promotional purposes.
- Guests may opt out by informing the company in advance.
11. Jurisdiction
